Getting Started - Design Checklist

For $35 (flat), we can custom design your postcards to your specifications using information you provide to us. This design fee includes unlimited design time, unlimited revisions and stock photos if you need them. If you want us to create your card, please send us the following:

1. Any photographs that you would like to see on your postcard. These could be pictures of your church building, pastor, ministries, etc. All images must be high resolution (i.e. from a digital camera). Unfortunately, we cannot use images from your website as the resolution is too low. If you don't have any photos, please let us know what kind of images you would like us to use as we have access to an extensive photo library.
2. You can also send us your logo to put on the postcard.
3. In MS Word or other word processing program (or in an e-mail), write your copy including any headlines, taglines or messages you want us to include.
4. Include your church address, contact information and website address.
5. We will create a map (if you want one).
6. Tell us the postcard size that you want: standard or jumbo.

E-mail: send images and copy to info@newmoverchurchpostcards.com. If the images are large (i.e. more than 2MB), you may have to send them one at a time.

Regular mail: Use cardboard to protect your photos. Photos will be returned once we have scanned them. Please mail your photo's to:

Once we receive your photographs and copy, we will create postcard design. In a few days, you will receive a PDF layout proof for your review. You are always welcome to make changes (at no cost). Once approved, your postcard will be printed and prepared for mailing.
